Clients are responsible for reviewing their tax return before submission. We do not guarantee specific refund amounts or tax outcomes.

7. DMV SERVICES

Ruby’s Insurance and Taxes offers DMV-related services, including but not limited to:

We are not the California DMV, but we act as a third-party provider to assist with DMV-related transactions. We do not guarantee immediate processing times. Some transactions may take longer due to DMV processing delays. Any mistakes in documents or delays from the DMV are beyond our control. Fees paid for DMV services are non-refundable, including state-mandated fees and processing fees.
